Hi, I'm alex. I'm taking this class as part of my requirement to become a high school English teacher. I have to take probably a million English classes so it's nothing special that I really chose this one, I have to take one from almost every time and event in history. American Literature is probably my favorite, and I havn't had too much time to study any in the time period before 1860. So, with that said I am looking forward to this considering I just got out of an English Literature class which was extremely difficult for me; not half as exciting as American Literature.

My name is Tiffany!! I have not had a class like this before either, I love history so I am pretty excited about learning more about American Lit. (Besides this week has been pretty overwhelming!)This is my first class at this college, and my first online class so it has been a crazy week for me!! Are you planning on going to ASU after MCC? I am actually debating on whether I want to major in History and become a professor, so we have something in common! Well nice meeting you!!!
