I am taking this class to fulfill my gen ed at ASU. Once this class is complete, I will be able to start the teaching program in the fall!! I am a Secondary Education English Major and one day I will have my own high school English classroom. I decided to take this class instead of another that fulfills the same requirement because I am intrigued by early American Lit and I know that I will appreciate so many of the things that we learn in this course. I hope to expand my knowledge of early American Lit, while being exposed to new works of literature that I have never come across before. In this class, I expect to read and write a lot! While reading over the syllabus, it seems as though I will learn new technologies and expand what I already know about certain websites. I am finally a Junior at Arizona State University!!
